Bio:

Originally trained in Russia, Dr. Tsytsarev earned his M.A. from Leningrad State University in 1977 and his Ph.D. in 1982 from the V.M. Bekhterev Psychoneurological Institute. He has been a professor at St. Petersburg State University (Russia), Osaka University (Japan) and the John Jay College of Criminal Justice (USA).

As a Professor in the Doctor of Psychology Program in School-Community Psychology he teaches and conducts research in forensic psychology, addictions, cross-cultural psychology, and interviewing and counseling. A licensed psychologist, Dr. Tsytsarev has published more than 60 scientific papers in journals such as Behavor Therapy and Experimental Psychiatry and Personality Assessment. His international work has included lectures in Ireland, Germany, Japan, Poland, Russia, etc.
