Bio:

Hired in 2010, Allison Bradshaw serves as head strength and conditioning coach at Hofstra University. During her first two years on staff she served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. Bradshaw has extensive experience in the strength and conditioning field as she joined the Hofstra Athletics Department after serving as the assistant strength and conditioning coach at Florida from August 2009 until June of 2010. An NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist, Bradshaw has also worked at Springfield College and Louisiana State. While at Florida, Bradshaw assisted with the track and field, volleyball, swimming and diving and cheerleading squads. She has also worked with women's basketball and football at Louisiana State and the football, track and field, field hockey, lacrosse and cross country teams at Springfield. Bradshaw has also been nationally-ranked in the sport of Olympic weightlifting, power lifting and the strongwoman competition.

Bradshaw, a four-year member of the track team, earned her undergraduate degree in sports management from Clemson in 2006. She received her masters of science in strength and conditioning from Springfield in 2010.
