Bio:
Dr. Krull received a B.S. (with distinction) in food science from Cornell University with a concentration in food technology and management, an M.B.A. in finance from Hofstra University and a Ph.D. in finance from Bernard M. Baruch College of The City University of New York. His dissertation, titled Market Volatility and Trading Strategies, is an extension of work done by his dissertation chairperson, Dr. Harry Markowitz, winner of the 1990 Nobel Prize in economics.
Dr. Krull's academic interests are in the areas of investment analysis, financial futures, options markets and corporate finance. He had articles published in the Journal of Futures Markets, and Advances in Futures and Options Research.
Dr. Krull is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Finance Association, the Financial Management Association and Beta Gamma Sigma.
Dr. Krull has recently done consulting work for RiskMetrics Group, BulldogResearch.com, Open Link Financial and the New York Institute of Finance.
