Hofstra and Nassau Community College Sign a "2+2 Joint Admissions Agreement"

On August 30, 2010, Hofstra University and Nassau Community College signed a “2 + 2 joint admissions agreement.”  Under this agreement, eligible students entering  Nassau will also be admitted to Hofstra.  They will complete their first two years at Nassau Community and their last two years at Hofstra and be able to utilize all their Nassau credits toward a Hofstra degree.

The agreement was signed by Hofstra University President Stuart Rabinowitz and Nassau Community College President Donald P. Astrab, as well as Hofstra University Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs Herman A. Berliner and Nassau Community College Vice President for Academic Affairs Jack Ostling.
