Fall Festival FAQs for Students
Where do I pick up my bracelet for the Vibe Live concert?
Students may pick up their bracelet, which gains them access to the concert and carnival, at HofUSA with a valid Hofstra student ID, from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Saturday, September 29.
What if I have lost my Hofstra student ID card?
Hofstra Card Services will be open from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Saturday, September 29 so that you can stop by for a replacement card (but we suggest doing so before Saturday). You must have your student ID before coming to HofUSA.
What is the guest policy for the Vibe Live concert?
Students may not bring guests to the Vibe Live concert, as it is only open to Hofstra community members (students, family members, alumni, and employees).
Will there be a concert if it rains?
Yes, Vibe Live will take place rain or shine.
Is food available within the concert/carnival gate?
Yes, food is available for purchase beginning at 2pm and students may purchase food through their meal plan.
I lost my Vibe Live bracelet. What do I do?
Students will only receive one bracelet per Hofstra ID swipe. No replacements will be handed out. No one may enter the concert gate without a bracelet.
Where are nearest bathrooms to the concert field?
There are port-o-potties located on the concert field. In addition HofUSA's bathrooms will be open for your convenience.
Are there chairs on the Vibe Live concert field?
No. Students are encouraged to bring blankets or towels if they wish to sit on the field.
Where should I park?
Commuter students are urged to park on the South Side of Campus. Resident students- please move your cars to the approved lots which you can find here.
