Professor Carol Fletcher's research explores:

Professor Fletcher has more than 20 years of experience in the magazine industry, working for such publications as Discover and Time. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, Newsday, and JAMA, as well as numerous general interest, science and women's magazines.

Professor Fletcher is faculty advisor to The Communicator magazine and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, and a member of the National Association of Science Writers, among other affiliations.
