Hofstra Student Journalists Win Big

Hofstra Student Journalists Win Big

Student journalists and media outlets from the Hofstra School of Communication won 20 awards from the Press Club of Long Island and the Associated Press, often besting professional journalists in major media markets. Among the winners: WRHU Radio 88.7 FM, Hofstra’s student-run radio station; Long Island Report, Hofstra’s student-run news website, and the Hofstra Chronicle student newspaper.
