Brower Hall's current academic use is for classrooms. Its square footage is 9,030 and it was designed by Aymar Embury. Named for Howard S. Brower, a trustee for the estate of Kate Mason Hofstra who later became a Trustee for Hofstra University, Brower additionally served as Acting President, 1942-1944.
