Phillips Hall's current uses include Administrative Offices such as the Provost's Office and Budget and Acccounting, Purchasing Department and Payroll Offices. Its square footage is 16,704 and was designed by Aymar Embury. It was named for Trustee Arthur C. Phillips, who served as Chairman of the Board from 1942-1944.
