Utilizing the Hofstra Portal, new students can access a variety of different communities that are personalized to specific interests. To find Orientation and New Student Programs office groups, click on the "groups" option, then select the "social" category from the index.

The New Student Portal group provides updates, event information, special announcements and links to campus resources. It also has a message board where students can pose questions to other students and administrators. Photos from first-year events are also shared.

The Peer Mentor Portal group is a page for students participating in the Peer Mentor Program. It offers similar services and information specific to first-year students and their upper-class student mentors.
