HOFnews Policy

Student Clubs and Organizations may also use HOFnews to advertise for their events.  HOFnews are announcement that are emailed to administrators, faculty, and staff.  To submit a request for a HOFnews, please include:

• Date of Event
• Title of Event
• Description of Event
• Contact information regarding your event

Requests for HOFnews must be submitted to the Student Affairs Advisor of your club, which is based on Club type.  The list is as followed:

Ryan Greene (Multicultural Clubs)
Pamela Phayme (Multicultural Clubs)
John McNeilly (Sports Clubs)
Student Leadership and Activities (Every other club)

Please keep in mind that all announcements are subject to approval by the Division of Student Affairs and the University Relations Office.
