The Office of Student Leadership and Activities provides the following services to students, clubs and organizations, departments and individuals.
Game Room

Fax Service
Faxes may be sent from our office for a charge of $1.00 per page. There is no charge for receiving faxes or for sending cover pages. Our fax number is 516-463-6030.
Photocopies
Photocopies can be made in our office for a charge of five cents a page.
Flyer Approval
If your organization plans to post flyers or posters on campus, please make sure that they are stamped by our office. Materials dropped off at our office by 2:45 PM will be ready by 3:30 PM. All materials received after that will be available for pick up the following business day. Copies of flyers should be made after the original has been approved.
Mailboxes
All registered student clubs and organizations have mailboxes in our office. Our office also receives packages sent to clubs and organizations. If you are having something mailed to campus, please address items in the following manner:

Campus Wide Voice Mails
Registered Clubs and Organizations may submit a request for voicemails to be sent out to the campus community. Please pick up a Campus Wide Voice Mail Request Form from our office in 260 Student Center. Due to the high volume of submissions, we cannot announce weekly meetings through voicemail. Voicemails are sent out on Mondays and Wednesdays during the semester. The deadline for submissions is 12 PM on both days.
Student Government Association Vans
Our office also manages the Student Government Association's fleet of vans. Registered clubs/organizations and university departments may use the vans for official university business. Currently we have a fleet of vans that consists of three 7 passenger vans, one 15 passenger van and one cargo van that is handicap accessible. Van Request Packets are available in 260 Student Center. Vans must be reserved a minimum of five business days in advance. There is a $25 deposit required for all registered clubs and organizations, and a $25 per day fee for University departments.
