Fax Service
Faxes may be sent from our office for a charge of $1.00 per page. There is no charge for receiving faxes or for sending cover pages. Our fax number is 516-463-6030.

Photocopies
Photocopies can be made in our office for a charge of five cents a page.

Flyer Approval
If your student club or organization plans to post flyers or posters on campus, please make sure that they are stamped by our office. Materials dropped off at our office will be approved and available for pick up in two (2) business days. Copies of flyers should be made after the original has been approved.

Final Exam Care Packages
Our office also coordinates Final Exam Care Packages for Hofstra students. These care packages are definitely a sign that you recognize your son or daughter's efforts and also is a reminder that they have your support during this sometimes stressful time. Get more info on Final Exam Care Packages.

This Week at Hofstra Emails
The Office of Student Leadership and Activities sends out a weekly e-newsletter called This Week At Hofstra to all undergraduate students. This is a great resource for finding out about the wealth of on and off-campus events and activities. Student organizations and departments interested in having their events listed in the newsletter should send the following to Jackson.Georges@hofstra.edu by Wednesdays at 12 p.m. (noon):
