Account Balances and Receipts

If you currently have a meal plan or Dutch Debits, you may obtain a statement listing all transactions from the Office of HofstraCard Services. You may request a statement by visiting the Office of HofstraCard Services and completing a statement request form. Requests will be filled within a 24-hour period.

You may obtain your account balance by asking for an account inquiry at any of our Dining Point of Sale terminals, by viewing the patron displays at the time of purchase or by requesting your account balance from the Office of HofstraCard Services (balances cannot be given over the phone). Your account balance is also printed on all purchase receipts.

Receipts are available at the time of purchase upon request. Feel free to ask one of our cashiers for a receipt to keep track of all of your purchases.
