

Lost or Stolen Cards
In the event that you lose your HofstraCard or it is stolen, please report it to the Office of HofstraCard Services immediately by calling 516-463-6942. When calling, we will need to know your name, account number and approximate date of loss or theft. Your card will be deactivated upon notification for all on-campus purposes. When reprinting a card, the photograph currently on file will be used. There will be a $10 replacement fee to obtain a new card. Once you receive the new card, please go to the library so they may reactivate your bar code.
