Hofstra Alumni are welcome to utilize the following Career Center services:

  • Make an appointment for individual career advisement and planning
  • Utilize the office's Quick Question Hours for resume, cover letter, thank-you letter and portfolio critiques
  • Utilize the Pride-Career Management System to view current job/internship openings available via the Hofstra Portal
  • Set up a recorded/taped "Mock Interview"
  • Attend University-wide career fairs, workshops, and speaker panels with a valid ID
  • Utilize the Credential File/Letters of Recommendation service for graduate school planning and employment purposes
  • Utilize various on-line resources available 24/7 on our website:  www.hofstra.edu/career

MyWorkster@Hofstra
Hofstra University is proud to announce that starting January 2009 alumni will be able to join the MyWorkster@Hofstra Network.  By joining  MyWorkster@Hofstra you can  stay connected with the Hofstra community:

Once you register and complete your on line Profile, you can select the Alumni Advisor option on your main page.  Once approved as an Advisor, you will receive more information on what it means to be an Advisor.
