Pride Recruiting is the premiere on-campus interview program that brings first-round interviews to you! Through Pride Recruiting, students can interview at The Career Center and is recommended for students in ALL MAJORS. The program is also open to all accounting juniors and graduate-level accounting majors. If you are interested in participating in Internship Recruiting, this is also the orientation for you. To participate in this program, students must attend one of the mandatory Pride Recruiting Orientations, Interview to Impress Level 1 and a Mock Interview. All sessions will be held at The Career Center.

The Career Center encourages you to register for all workshops through your Pride-Career Management System account unless otherwise stated. Students do not need to register for Career Fairs.

Take advantage of the Education Recruitment Program!
The Education Recruitment Program is an interview event, where students have the opportunity to apply and be pre-selected for interviews by both local and out-of-state school districts, and private and charter schools. Schools will be looking to pre-select students for interviews for a variety of certified teaching, administrative and counseling-related positions for the 2011-2012 school year!
To participate in the program, students must be in their FINAL academic year at Hofstra University and receiving state certification to practice in a public school. This is a benefit of undergraduate and graduate students' FINAL year at Hofstra; ONLY December 2010, May 2011 and August 2011 Hofstra graduates are eligible.
Eligible students must attend one of the mandatory Education Recruitment Orientation Sessions. These will be available in mid-January 2011 thru early February 2011.
