Pride Recruiting
Pride Recruiting is Hofstra's prestigious on-campus interview program in which a select group of employers representing a wide variety of career fields interview students. Through PrideRecruiting, graduating students can submit resumes in consideration for full-time job opportunities to start after graduation as well as for accounting/graduate business internships. All interviews received are conducted at The Career Center.
This program is recommended for all undergraduate and graduate students who will be graduating in December 2008, May or August 2009, and all junior and graduate accounting students (for accounting internships).
In order to participate, students must attend one of the following mandatory PrideRecruiting Orientations. Please register by logging into your Pride-CMS account and RSVP on the event tab.
Education Recruitment Program
The Education Recruitment Program is a one-day, on-campus interview event, in which both Long Island and New York City school district representatives will be seeking candidates for a variety of certified teaching and counseling-related positions for the 2009-2010 school year. Another feature of this program is a one-day interview event, where out-of-state and upstate New York district representatives interview candidates at a local Long Island university.
