Using TutorTrac to schedule a tutoring appointment

TutorTrac allows students to sign up for one-on-one or small group tutoring appointments through the web.

TutorTrac FAQs

1. What is TutorTrac?
   TutorTrac is a web-based scheduling system that allows students to book tutoring appointments online.
2. How do I access TutorTrac?
   Students can access TutorTrac by logging into the Hofstra portal. In the Hofstra portal, locate the myapps icon in the top right corner. Click on myapps and locate the TutorTrac icon. Clicking on this icon will automatically sign you into the TutorTrac system. If you have difficulty signing in, please see our Tutorial Video above or contact our office (516)463-4953.
3. Do I need to make an appointment to meet with a tutor?
   Students are required to make an appointment to meet with a tutor for one-on-one or small group tutoring. Our drop-in labs can be used on an as-needed basis and do not require an appointment.
4. There are no available appointments... what do I do?
   If no appointments appear, it is possible that all available times are full. Try to expand your search by changing your available times and dates. There may not be a tutor on staff who can tutor the class you requested. Please contact our office so that we can try and find you a tutor.
5. How do I cancel my appointment?
