I registered for graduation but haven't received any commencement letters. What should I do?

Letters: Once a student registers for a diploma, all letters will be automatically sent regarding requirements, deadlines, and many other questions involving the commencement ceremonies.

• Please make sure that your address on file with the Office of Academic Records is current.
  
  
• Graduates living on campus will have their mail delivered to on-campus addresses only.
  
  
• If you have registered after the deadline for graduation, you will be receiving a letter and academic attire will be ordered for you.

I have a family member who has special seating needs. How well are the James M. Shuart Stadium, the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex and the John Cranford Adams Playhouse equipped?

David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex Accessibility: This facility is wheelchair accessible on the main level and will be available for guests requiring this area. One family member may accompany those with special needs in this area during the ceremony. Upon entrance to the Arena, please contact an usher who will be happy to escort you.

John Cranford Adams Playhouse Accessibility: This facility is wheelchair accessible on the main level and will be available for guests requiring this area. One family member may accompany those with special needs in this area during the ceremony. The wheelchair entrance is located on the west side of the building. Upon entrance to the playhouse, please contact an usher who will be happy to escort you.

James M. Shuart Stadium Accessibility: This facility is wheelchair accessible on the main level and will be available for guests requiring this area. One family member may accompany those with special needs in this area during the ceremony. Upon entrance to the Stadium, please contact an usher who will be happy to escort you.

How much does my cap and gown cost?

Academic Attire: There is no fee required for the rental of caps, gown or hoods. A fee only applies if they are not returned to the commencement office at the conclusion of the event.

When will I receive my Diploma?

Diplomas: Diplomas are ordered by the Office of Academic Records and will only be issued after all financial and academic obligations are satisfied. It usually takes three to four months for delivery of your diploma to your home address.
