Robing and Assembly

Instructions regarding areas for robing and assembly will be given to you when you pick up your academic attire.

On the day of commencement, please arrive an hour before the scheduled ceremony time for robing and line-up. The commencement staff will be available to line up the candidates in proper order and answer any last-minute questions that you may have.

In your assigned assembly area, candidates are to stand behind the stanchion with the placard indicating your degree. Ushers will indicate how and when you are to proceed to your seats.

*In the event of inclement weather, the undergraduate ceremony will take place in the David S. Mack Sports Complex at the regular scheduled time. Unfortunately, due to the number of seats in the facility, two (2) tickets for the Mack Sports Complex and two (2) tickets to the simulcast will be issued.
