Entrance Interview

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulations mandate that immigration information be kept on file by the university you are enrolling in. Please complete the following forms and make an appointment with the Office of Multicultural and International Student Programs at least two weeks into EVERY SEMESTER. To complete these forms, you need a copy of your I-20 or DS-2019, passport, I-94 card, and your visa. Please print.
