Entrance Interview: Immigration Check-in
Once you arrive on campus, please be sure to visit the Multicultural and International Programs Office during one of the Entrance Interview times, below. Please bring both the originals and a copy of your I-20 (or DS-2019), passport, visa, and I-94 card with you when you check in with us. During the Entrance Interview, we will review important information with you about your immigration status, international student orientation, and steps to complete before classes begin.

- Monday, August 12, 10 a.m.-12 p.m., Location will be announced (Law Students and Graduate Students Only)
- Monday, August 12, 1 -3 p.m., Location will be announced (Law Students and Graduate Students Only)
- Tuesday, August 20, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Location will be announced (Law Students and Graduate Students Only)
- Thursday, August 22, 2 -4 p.m., Location will be announced (Law Students and Graduate Students Only)
- Friday, August 23, 10 -12 p.m., Location will be announced (Law Students and Graduate Students Only)
- Monday, August 26, stop by anytime between 9 a.m.-1 p.m., location will be announced (Undergraduate Students Only)
International Student Orientation & Arrival Information
New international students must attend International Student Orientation held Monday, August 26 through Friday, August 30. International Student Orientation provides students with information on immigration, academic requirements, including all the numerous services available to assist students make the most of their educational experience at Hofstra. Trips and events are scheduled during the week of orientation to acclimate new students to the campus as well as the local community.
The International Student Orientation schedule will be posted by June 30, 2013.
