There are two ways to create a new presentation.
1.) Click File > New. Choose Blank
Presentation. This will bring up a new presentation that is completely
blank. You’ll create the content from scratch, without any help
from the application.
2.) Click File > New. Choose From
AutoContent Wizard. This will load the Presentation
Wizard, which will walk you through the process of designing a presentation
– including selecting a template and placing content.

in” drop-down menu to match the location where you saved the presentation.
Select the presentation from the list, and then click Open.

You’ll need to “package” the presentation using the

of packaging the presentation. You’ll need a computer with a CD
burner and a blank CD-R or CD-RW disc to do this.

Right-click on the desired piece of text and choose custom animation.
This will allow you to manipulate text in many different ways.

should I save my PowerPoint presentations? |
The best place to save PowerPoint presentations, as well as files you
create in any other program, is your home directory (Windows users may
know this as their F: drive). This drive is backed up daily to prevent
data corruption or data loss.
