| How
can I tell if the printer is online or offline? |

When a printer is online, the status on the printers LCD screen will display
the word "Ready" or "Online," indicating that the printer
is functioning properly and ready to receive print request. When a printer
is offline, it is ready to have its settings changed and will display
"offline."
