FCS provides training and
support for all of Hofstra's 80 technology-enhanced classrooms.
We collaborate with Media Services, University Technical Services,
and the Computer Center's Tech Services department to make
sure all the equipment in every enhanced room is working for
you, every time. We are the first place to call if you have
a technical problem with a classroom.
We also provide training on how to use
all the classroom systems. Want to try a Sympodium so you
can write notes on your monitor that your students can see
- and which you can save? Want to use the SMARTBoard in your
room? We provide that training.
We provide online forms you can fill out
either to report
a problem or just to request
a training session.
