The Joan and Joseph L. Dionne
Teaching and Learning Center computer classroom is located
in 216 McEwen Hall. The 23-workstation PC lab is a state-of-the-art
multimedia facility that includes a Smartboard and projection
system for large group lectures and presentations. The collaborative
room design also provides for cooperative, small group learning
activities.
The Dionne Lab is frequently
used for faculty training and by faculty who reserve time
for hands-on teaching and learning experiences with their
students. From introducing their students to the nuances of
new software to taking their students on whirlwind tours of
discipline-specific web sites, faculty are using the Dionne
Lab to enhance their coursework and provide interactive learning
activities for their students.
Faculty Computing Services
manages the Dionne Lab and reservations can be made by calling
