All registered students in good standing at Hofstra are provided with a Hofstra Network ID. This account provides students with all the services listed below.
Students receive their account information in the mail. The first time an account is used, the password should be changed. It is recommended that students check their account as soon as possible to verify it works properly.
If you have any problems or questions about your Hofstra Network Account, contact the
ResNet office, 110 Student Center or the SCS Office located in Calkins Lab.

Hofstra University now provides students with GMail featuring:
2 GB allotted space for e-mails and attached files.
My Files provides students access to their personal network storage space via the Hofstra
Portal from anywhere you can access the Internet! After you login to the Hofstra Portal, simply click the "My Files" link in the upper-right corner!
