If you forget your password, you must have it reset. You can accomplish this by way of two methods:

1. Reset your password yourself, 24 hours, by using the Self-Service Password System! Go to the web page http://www.hofstra.edu/password Select the "Click Here" link under the "Forgot Password?" section.



In the "Network ID:" box, enter you Hofstra Student Account name (eg., astude1) Click the "Submit" button.



Enter in the answers to the challenge questions you created. Click the "Submit" button.



Follow the requirements and type in your new password. Click the "Submit" button. That's it! You have successfully reset your password!


2. Reset your password by visiting the SCS Office or the ResNet Office.
