Welcome to Hofstra University's Help Desk
The Help Desk provides computer assistance to the Faculty, Staff and Administration of the Hofstra Community.
Our goal is to:
- Assist you with issues concerning your computer hardware and software and connecting to university resources.
- Provide telephone, in person or remote assistance with your Hofstra email account, the My.Hofstra.edu portal, Hofstra Online Information System and Banner Proper.
Call Center Hours (516-463-7777):
Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Spring and Fall semesters)
Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Summer)
Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (January intersession)
