Description: ANTICIPATED OPENING IN FILM STUDIES:

TENURE TRACK APPOINTMENT (BEGINNING FALL 2014)

The Department of Radio, Television, Film anticipates an opening beginning in Fall 2014 for a tenure track appointment for a full-time assistant professor to teach film studies. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to teach a broad range of introductory and advanced undergraduate courses in film history, theory, authorship, and genres. The ability to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in documentary studies is preferred. Additional requirements include significant teaching and advising experience in a liberal arts program, and a record of academic achievement. Ph.D required.
