7TH ANNUAL AIMS OF EDUCATION ADDRESS GIVEN BY ZARB PROFESSOR SHAWN THELAN

Professor Shawn Thelen (International Business, Zarb School of Business) gave the 7th annual Aims of Education Address to the entering class of 2011. Professor Thelen, whose experiences include extended stays in the former Soviet Union, Asia, and other countries encouraged students to see their education in the broadest of terms. Afterwards, students broke into small groups for discussions led by faculty mentors and C&E faculty.
