Students have the option to choose from a variety of settings, such as: hospitals, outpatient programs, geriatric facilities, medical facilities, museums, schools, home-based care and in other locations where therapy is included in treatment.

Our program, which is approved by the American Art Therapy Association since 1984, provides a solid foundation with content that generates new and innovative ideas. With Hofstra’s support in technology a variety of computer programs are available in the Hofstra Labs and a variety of teaching methods are experienced by students. All of our classrooms are equipped with wireless internet and smart boards.
