CLASS OF 2010
MARISSA ADAMS is double-certified to teach dance and drama, with an M.A. in Educational Theatre from NYU. She is a full-time dance and drama teacher at P.S. 4 in Long Island City.
LINDSEY NICASTRO was awarded Teacher of the Year by State Senator Martin Golden in May 2013. She is the dance specialist at P.S. 506 in Brooklyn, NY, and was also awarded tenure in 2013. She is finishing an on-line master’s program in educational technology.
CHRISTINA STAMPOLIS is a dance specialist at The Lorge School in Manhattan and is pursuing a Masters Dance Education program at Hunter College. She recently performed dances by Isadora Duncan with Dance Visions NY at the Nassau County Museum of Art. Additionally, she teaches Zumba classes for children and adults in various studios and parks in Washington Heights. She is presenting research on technology and dance education at the NDEO conference in Miami in October 2013.
RACHEL DEJESUS owns and runs Long Island Danceworks in East Meadow, NY.

KRISTY LUISE is a full-time dance specialist at P.S. 268, a K-8 school in Jamaica, NY. She is pursuing her Master’s degree in Dance Education at Hunter College.
CLASS OF 2012
CATHERINE O’HALLORAN is working at Winchester Hospital and two physical therapy offices. She is also substitute teaching in K-12 schools, and teaching ballet and contemporary dance at two studios in Massachusetts. She is starting in the Doctoral of Physical Therapy Program at Northern Arizona University and plans to continue teaching while pursuing her graduate studies.
DANIELLA CIPRIANO is the dance specialist at Wagner High School in Staten Island. She has earned a second certification in physical education.
ALEXANDRA JOSEPH is the dance specialist at P.S. 249K, The Caton School in Brooklyn.
MELANIE PICCHIONI is teaching dance at Syosset High School and is the head coach of the Varsity Kickline team. She is in the process of finishing her second certification in English.
ELIZABETH WEHRMAN is a dance specialist at P.S. 67, The Mohegan School, in the Bronx, where she is developing and leading a new dance program for elementary students.

CAITLIN RODRIGUEZ is the dance program director of the Mid-Island Y JCC located in Plainview, NY.
KEYLA HIRALDO is the full-time dance specialist at P.S.372 K in Brooklyn, N.Y.
LIZBETH ROSA is a full-time counselor and facilitator of an after school arts program titled The Creative Arts Program of Freeport Pride, Inc., which operates in collaboration with the Freeport School District. She is in charge of the dance program, which will showcase the students’ talents while reinforcing the benefits of maintaining a drug-free lifestyle. She secured this opportunity through an internship she did while a senior at Hofstra.
STEPHANIE CAPUTO is the new dance specialist at P.S. 329, Surfside School in Coney Island. She is also pursuing her master’s in Special Education at Hofstra University.
