Ladder to Leadership: Nurturing the Next Generation of Women Business Leaders

On April 15, 2011, The Zarb School of Business launched "Ladder to Leadership: Nurturing the Next Generation of Women Business Leaders," a collaborative mentoring program between Zarb and Uniondale High School. The program, funded by Flushing Bank, will bring together members of Zarb's Graduate Women in Business student organization with young women at Uniondale High School. Representatives from the Zarb School, Uniondale High School and Flushing Bank enjoyed tea with the student participants.
