LGBTQ+ Studies Internships
The LGBTQ+ Studies Program offers students broad and focused instruction in writing, critical thinking, and research, as well as an understanding and appreciation for the particular issues the LGBTQ+ community faces in today’s culture in the U.S. These skills are valuable not only for careers in education, but also for work in a wide range of businesses, government and not-for-profit jobs.
To help prepare students for these many roles, the LGBTQ+ Studies Program encourages students to find internships with organizations or business that offer opportunities of interest to them.
