Specialty area: Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology.

Dr. Mills' research interests lie within the area of positive organizational behavior, or POB. Dr. Mills teaches primarily within the Masters and Ph.D. programs in I/O Psychology, but also teaches Industrial Psychology at the undergraduate level.
