Bio

Lee Zimmerman teaches and writes on 20th Century American Literature, Psychoanalysis and Literature, and Ecocriticism. His most recent publications include 'Against Depression: Final Knowledge in Styron, Mairs, and Solomon' (a study of contemporary non-fiction depression narratives) and essays on Elizabeth Bishop and Frankenstein in light of object relations psychoanalysis. He is currently working on a study of trauma theory and global warming, and is continuing as the Editor of the journal Twentieth-Century Literature.
