Where: Hofstra University’s John Cranford Adams Playhouse, South Campus. Directions below.
How: This is a ticketed event, not open to the general public.
Media: Participating students have had a media release form signed by their parents on file.
Once the Spelling Bee has started, all media will be stationed in the front row balcony
where a mult box will be available. No flash photography will be permitted as it could distract participants during the competition.
Directions to the John Cranford Adams Playhouse:
Meadowbrook Parkway to Exit M4 (Coliseum, Hempstead Turnpike, Rte. 24 West). Once on Hempstead Turnpike, make a U-turn at the fourth traffic light - just before going under the third Unispan (pedestrian bridge). After making U-Turn, drive approximately 70 feet and make the first right onto the South Campus. Go past 2 stop signs. The building around the corner on the left is the John Cranford Adams Playhouse.
