Wednesday, August 8, 2012

Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY – The Office of Graduate Admissions will host an Open House on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. in the C.V. Starr Hall, South Campus. Students attending the Open House can take advantage of our online application fee waiver. Refreshments will be served.

Those who attend will learn more about Hofstra’s 150 graduate program offerings, the admissions process and the different resources offered to our graduate students, including financial aid opportunities.

Hofstra works hard to make open house events a great experience for prospective students. It is a warm and welcoming experience, where everyone is helpful and accommodating. Have all your questions answered to get a better sense of the direction of your future.

Applications for many programs are still being accepted for the fall 2012 and spring 2013 semesters, and the Dean of Graduate Admissions will be available to speak with students interested in enrolling. Graduate program directors and representatives from Liberal Arts and Sciences, Health Sciences and Human Services, Education, Communication, and Business will also be on hand to answer questions and meet with prospective students.
