Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY – Hofstra's Scott Skodnek Business Development Center is offering a certificate program in the QuickBooks accounting software program where in which participants will learn record keeping skills and more.
The QuickBooks Certificate Program will help participants manage their businesses more efficiently by teaching them to create a new QuickBooks company, create invoices and balance sheets, customize sales forms, set up inventory, track and pay sales tax, and more.
The workshop sessions will be held on January 19, 21, 26 and 28 from 6 to 9 p.m. in University College Hall, Room 101, North Campus. The program fee is $250.

The Scott Skodnek Business Development Center is a multidisciplinary center offering human and technological resources for business support and education, as well as community service. It also supports government agencies in their own endeavors and in their efforts to assist businesses in the metropolitan area.
