"Give Yourself a Break: Safe Spring 2008" Offers Hofstra Students Information on Health and Wellness
Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY – Hofstra University is advising its students to give have a safe and healthy spring 2008 with a series of workshops on health, well-being, stress management and recreation. "Give Yourself a Break: Safe Spring 2008" runs from Wednesday, March 5 to Wednesday, March 12 and offers the following workshops in the weeks leading up to the 2008 Spring Break, which is March 17-21:8th Annual Wellness Fair
