Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY … On Wednesday, March 11, 2009, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., hundreds of Hofstra students and alumni from a variety of majors are expected to put the finishing touches on their resumes, don business attire and head over to The Career Center’s Spring Job and Internship Fair, where more than 80 employers from a wide variety of industries will discussing career opportunities.

The day will also include the launch of MyWorkster@Hofstra, a unique partnership between Hofstra University and MyWorkster.com, featuring a special “Alumni Advisor” module. Though MyWorkster has a presence at a number of other college campus, MyWorkster@Hofstra is currently the only partnership that will allow Hofstra students and graduates to find Alumni Advisors in a wide variety of professions.

The 2009 Spring Job and Internship Fair will be held at the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex located on Hofstra’s North Campus. Those Hofstra students and alumni interested in attending may call The Career Center at (516) 463-6060.

Please note: This job fair is only open to Hofstra students and Hofstra alumni.
