Hofstra to Host Transfer Days in June

Transfer to Hofstra A Move in the Right Direction

Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY – The Hofstra University Office of Undergraduate Admission is hosting Transfer Days on the following Tuesdays in June:

June 1 from 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
June 15 from  9 a.m.-7 p.m.
June 22 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

At Transfer Day, you will be able to complete your enrollment at Hofstra, no matter where you are in the process! You will be able to apply, receive an admission decision and preliminary credit evaluation, and register for the upcoming semester.

Students interested in transferring to Hofstra are encouraged to attend and learn about the transfer process, speak with current transfer students and attend presentations on academic and student affairs. Please bring copies of all transcripts from previously attended colleges and universities.

“Any transfer students interested in attending Hofstra this upcoming fall should take advantage of this wonderful opportunity,” says Associate Dean of Admission Eryn Hornung. “Talk about an all-inclusive event. Students can apply and receive an admission decision on the spot, speak to an Academic Advisement Dean about the applicability of their transfer credits, and even register for classes all in the same day!”

To reserve your place for this event, please visit hofstra.edu/admissionevent or call 1-800-HOFSTRA.

The Office of Undergraduate Admission is open Monday and Thursday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.; Tuesday and Wednesday 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.; Friday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. (summer hours) and Saturday 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
