Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY … Sound Innovations, a revolutionary new band and string teaching method co-written by Hofstra Professor of Music Peter Boonshaft, was honored at the 2010 Winter Convention of the National Association of Music Merchants with a “Best in Show” honor and “Best Tools for School” award.
