The agreement was signed by Hofstra University President Stuart Rabinowitz and Nassau Community College President Donald P. Astrab, as well as Hofstra University Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs Herman A. Berliner and Nassau Community College Vice President for Academic Affairs Jack Ostling.
