Hofstra University Presents Persuade, Change, Influence: Innovative Multimedia Design from Psyop
Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY - Hofstra University’s Center for Continuing Education and Professional Advancement, in conjunction with the School of Communication, presents Persuade, Change, Influence: Innovative Multimedia Design from Psyop, a dynamic seminar from two cutting edge design firms, on Thursday, November 1, from 7 to 9 pm in the Mack Student Center Theater.
Psyop and its partner MassMarket, top-notch New York City-based multimedia design firms, will demonstrate how media companies can stand out from the crowd at a time when consumers are being bombarded with messages and information from an ever-expanding variety of sources. Their expertise will show why they have become the design firm of choice for such Fortune 500 companies as Target, Coca-Cola, Nike, Ford, Napster, and others.
Executive Director of Mass Market Justin Lane along with School of Communications Assistant Professor Randal Hillebrand will lead an exciting discussion that will focus on visual solutions in motion for the advertising, marketing, video gaming, broadcast, and music video industries.
Hofstra’s School of Communications will also premiere htvinteractive, the new Internet display environment that represents a cutting edge environment for Hofstra Student exhibitions.
The event is free and open to the public, but reservations are suggested. To register, call (516) 463-7200 or visit http://www.hofstra.edu/ccepa and click on Special Events. For more information about Psyop, visit http://www.psyop.tv/main.php.
