The Center for International Financial Services and Markets at Hofstra University and EisnerAmper LLP to Host Conference on ‘The Future of Alternative Investments in the Post-Crisis Environment’

Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY - The Center for International Financial Services and Markets, in collaboration with the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University and EisnerAmper LLP, will present a conference on The Future of Alternative Investments in the Post-Crisis Environment on November 2, 2010 from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Hofstra University Club, David S. Mack Hall, North Campus.

Breakfast keynote speaker Richard Ketchum, Chairman and CEO, FINRA, will discuss the role of hedge funds and private equity in the future.

Luncheon keynote speaker Brian Ruane, CEO, Alternative Investment Services, BNY Mellon, will talk about the financial institution perspective on the mission of hedge funds and private equity.

Other topics at this program include the accounting, legal, corporate and media perspectives on the future mission of hedge funds and private equity.
