Hofstra University Presents Personal Trainer Information Session

Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY - Hofstra University’s Center for Continuing Education and Professional Advancement (CCEPA) presents a free information session about its Personal Trainer program on Wednesday, January 16, from 7-8:30 p.m.

Turn your passion for health and fitness into a career. Attend this helpful, free introduction to the exciting world of personal training. Learn all the practical day-to-day skills as well as the theoretical knowledge needed to excel as a personal fitness trainer. Students are taught practical aspects of resistance training exercise and assessment skills at a state-of-the-art private training center.
