Why did you choose your major?
History has always been my favorite subject.

Why did you choose Hofstra?
I was being recruited to play basketball here, and I saw it as an opportunity to get a great education.

Favorite campus activity:
The Fall Music Fest is my favorite, since that’s when you get to see the whole student body in one area.

Favorite class/professor:
Professor Kershner’s linguistics class .

Why?
His class is interesting and I learned a lot, plus he’s an awesome teacher.

What have you found as your “Purpose?”
I think being a role model and carrying myself in a way kids can look up to me.

Favorite thing about NY/Long Island?
Going to the city.

Favorite campus eatery?
Dutch Treats

Cafeteria or my room

What surprised you about Hofstra?
How diverse this school is – meeting so many people from different cultures.

What is your idea of success in five years? Or in 20 years?
In five years I hope to be a pro basketball player; if not, I hope to happy and successful in some other career.

Best Hofstra memory?
I hope it will be graduating in December 2013!

What do you take the most “pride” in?
Being a role model for my little brother and sister.

What have you found as your “Purpose”?
I think being a role model and carrying myself in such a way that kids can look up to me. In the future, I want to be a coach so I can pass on to others what I know about basketball.
