Through small classes, an intimate campus environment and personal attention – we get to know our students. Yet the Hofstra campus is home to the resources of a large university - great facilities, classrooms and residential halls, dining options, a new fitness center, theatres, hundreds of clubs and cultural events, a nationally-known Division I athletic program, and an alumni network more than 100,000 strong.

    Up Close and Personal

Every university talks about great faculty. We can prove it. Almost all hold the highest degree in their field, teach in small classes and mentor, listen to and advise students – while still dedicated to research and their professions. Great teaching – the kind that changes students' lives - is at the heart of the Hofstra experience.
