Hofstra Students Produce Empire State Fashion Show

Show Features Original Pieces by Six Emerging Designers From The Empire State

Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY – Hofstra University’s student run production company, AG Productions, will host the Empire State Fashion Show on Monday, March 15, 2010 at 9 p.m. in Studio A, Dempster Hall, south campus.  The show will exhibit all types of fashion taste with original garments by six emerging designers from New York state.

“We at AG Productions are very excited to showcase these designers’ phenomenal talents to the public,” said AG Production member Allison Smolen. “The event is open by invitation only but it will be available for on-demand viewing afterwards at www.htvinteractive.com .”

The fashion show will begin with a pre-show at 9 p.m. filled with music provided by DJ. Laz, refreshments, giveaways, and live interviews with the designers. The runway show will start promptly at 9:30 p.m.
